I'm very pleased with the roster this year.
Last year we had some problems. Least of which was the way I allowed others to run the team.
This year we're going to do something different.
Something bizarre...something of which is unheard!
We're going to play to have fun.
The idea of the REC league is to do something that you enjoy.
That's not to say we won't have a battle plan.
For those of you who know The Baron, he never goes into a game without one.
But we'll concentrate less on pulling the stops to win.
Our mandate will be to improve as individuals.
Take risks. Do things without the pressure.
Remember our motto: Learn, Adapt, Overcome.
Often, if we apply that motto to ourselves, we're already on the road to victory.
