FANS HAVE HIGHER HOPES FOR THIS SEASON!
As your Captain and Owner, I'd like to welcome each and every one of you to the Spartans Team of 2015.
I value team play and sportsmanship above all else.
We will not play dirty.
We will not hassle the REF, even if they prove to be terrible.
We will play as we wish to be played against.
Most of all, we play for the joy of playing.
By now you have received an email or call by me, THE BARON.
Respond to the email, ask questions, and we'll get you the game plan for this year.
Unfortunately the league was late with getting me your names...so an initial get together is impossible.
Our motto: Learn, adapt, overcome has many meanings.
For me, it's all about setting goals each game, and meeting or exceeding them.
At our level, no one cares if we win or lose the season.
But as your team leader, I want each and every one of you to grow as a person.
Here's to a fun season in a country where summer is all too short!
