INDOOR SEASON ENDS

SPARTANS BLACK COME UP BIG IN LAST GAME

Captain Shawn looks on as Andrew talks with Scott
Spartans!

I wanted to take a brief moment to talk about the game.

Black won 5-0, thus ending the playoff round.

What differentiated the two teams was the communication.
Black continuously let their guys know where to be and what the situation was.
Yellow, for the most part, was silent.

This translated into few chances for Yellow, who were hard pressed to shoot within the 18.

END OF THE SEASON NOTE

There's a lot of good from our indoor season.

I have always underlined our mission: Learn Adapt Overcome.

You can lose the season, and still win as a player.
Each game should be a mission for you...set a target and meet that level you set.
If you don't, figure out why, and improve next game.

THANKS TO ALL PLAYERS

As your Coach and Owner, I want to personally thank all of you who took part in the season.

There were many up and downs, but I'm proud to have been your teacher and supporter.
None of you should be upset about the season.
Many of you played well.
Even more of you became self aware and improved substantially from the beginning.

And that's what you need to centre upon.
In decades to come, what will you remember?
Will you remember the good times, the fun you had?
After all, why are you playing this game?

I hope to see many of you returning in the Fall.
We'll create smaller teams to ensure more playing time.
We may also have more teams, and more players to continue our quest.

Until that time,
Rest your wearied bodies,
Your tired minds
and your depleted spirits!
