EIGHT ON THE PITCH SCORES RESPECT AGAINST TOP TEAM

Baron's Comments:

Well, there's not much to say when you get eight on the pitch against mighty Courtice FC.

In what should have been a laugh fest, we definitely scored RESPECT.

We found a new way to play, and we played with enjoyment.

Here's how it went:

25th minute: 0 - 0
45th minute 0 - 0
65th minute 0 - 0
69th minute 1 - 0 (Courtice FC)
74th minute 2 - 0
79th minute 2 - 1
85th minute 3 - 1

And that's how it ended.
We were totally exhausted by that third goal.

We played a counter attack game, which really worked.
Clogged up the middle and conceded the wings.

This kept them from any shots inside our 18 (for the most part)

IN FOOTNOTE:
The Courtice FC Captain was very exact in his words.
He had nothing but good things to say...
In fact, he noted that before the first goal, his team was starting to disintegrate.
Another 10 minutes of scoreless football and they would have become a mess.
