SPARTANS PLAY BADLY

GOALTENDER ONLY GEM IN CRAPPY LOSS
Mark finds his Skillz again
It was one of those games that could have easily been forgotten.

"The Spartans looked like they'd never played together in their lives," said one pundit from CBC.

Another poor showing has left the Spartans in the bottom half of the standings, and worse for wear. That is, except for Goalkeeper Mark, who seems to have found his old groove.

"I felt good out there." replied the Spartan goalkeeper.

Years ago, Mark arrived at half season to save the team from relegation. After last week, he found his groove and made the saves look easy, including a penalty shot.

The Spartans struggled often, and seemed to look like the '92 NY Rangers.

They only sported a few chances, including F'n J getting hauled down within the 18.
"Last man rules, Ref," shouted the angry superstar," C'mon!"

"It's ultimately my fault," indicated Baron," we have to make some changes, and ensure that this does not happen again. Every game from now on is a playoff game."
